There are two type of Arranged Employment in Canada which are beneficial to applicants:(1)An Arranged Employment Opinion is obtained by the employer through Service Canada, based on an offer of permament employment (in a suitably-skilled job). In this case the employer undertakes not to employ the foreign national until they have obtained permanent residence in Canada
(2)An employee working in Canada under a work permit in a skilled occupation is, subject to certain consitions, considered to have an offer of Arranged Employment. The employee will be awarded points for arranged employment provided they continue to work for the same employer from the time they apply for permanent residence until this application is approved and their visas issued.
In addition to facilitating the issuance of a work permit, a job offer may enable youto obtain a Nomination from a Province of Canada. This differs from Arranged Employment, but once issued enable you to immigrate - the points system is not applicable in this case, and the role of the Federal Government, once a Provincial Nomination certificate is issued and the application for permannet residence has been timeously filed, is restricted to carrying out Background and Medical checks to confirm the applicant is admissible to Canada, and then to issue the peramnent resdience visas.
