Ron Liberman is a graduate of the Immigration Practitioner Certificate Program offered jointly by the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C., and Seneca College, Toronto, Ontario.

Ron Liberman has passed extensive professional accreditation procedures, including demonstrating his high level of proficiency in English to the standard required by CSIC. He was one of the first immigration consultants to pass the Full Membership Examination set by CSIC, and became a Full Member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants when the Society became a self-regulating profession, on April 13, 2006.

Ron Liberman has served on the CSIC Education Committee. He served as a National Director of the Canadian Society of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and is currently President of the BC Chapter of that Association.
